Olives are of many colours, varying from yellow to black as they ripe. The rainbow hues of olives represent ourselves as we transfigured into seasons of life. Olives are being picked at different age and cured into various richness, tastes and forms of olives. They are a source of food, light, hygiene, antioxidant and healing. I see them as an expression of the fruit of the Holy Spirit and more.
