羅一宸，多年來從事不同的文化及藝術創作，1991年開始擔任專欄作者，並從事插圖與設計工作，1992年以插畫家身份獲邀加入香港兒童文藝協會，並於1993年以作品「樹」，獲獎夏里豪基金現代藝術及作巡迴展，曾任職報章文化藝術版記者、電腦設計雜誌編輯、多份建築設計雜誌總編輯等傳媒工作逾十年，期間曾編寫小說，並獲赫懇坊青苗計劃劇本獎，以及獲多項攝影比賽獎項，包括2010年香港旅遊發展局舉辦之「香港人的故事」得獎作品，近年主力「炭粉人像畫」，參與聯展逾十次，多次舉辦個人畫展，作品獲海內外私人及畫廊收藏，2013年更獲邀參與香港大學心理學系「研究精於畫人像的藝術家在面孔識別能力上與非畫家的分別」計劃，給全球畫家之人像作品評分及提出技巧分析意見。

Oscar Law participated in different cultural and arts creation throughout the years. 1991 Started to be a copywriter and involve in illustration and design works. 1992 Entered the Hong Kong Children’s Art Society as an illustrator. 1993 With the work ‘Tree’, won the Award and tour exhibition opportunity.Oscar has worked as journalist in culture and art newspage , editor of computer design magazines, editor of several architectural magazines for over 10 years, written fictions and won scriptwriter award, and several photography awards. 2010 Won the award from Hong Kong Tourism Board’s “ The story of Hong Kong people” competition. Recent years, he focuses on chacoal portraits, participated in over a dozen of joint exhibitions, organised solo exhibition several times. His works are collected by private parties and galleries in and outside Hong Kong.
